These Terms & Conditions govern enrollment in and use of the Tom Silver Hypnosis Academy certification training program.
Program Policies
Training Completion Expectations
Participants are expected to complete the certification training within the designated five (5) day training period. In circumstances where additional time is needed, arrangements must be discussed and agreed upon directly with the instructor prior to the conclusion of the training period whenever reasonably possible.
If scheduling or completion accommodations cannot reasonably be arranged, the participant may be offered the opportunity to attend a future training session at a later date, subject to availability and instructor approval.
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted prior to the official start of the training program.
Refunds requested later than 30 days out from training are limited to a maximum of fifty percent (50%) of the total tuition paid. Once training materials, modules, live instruction, or course access have been provided or the training has officially begun, refund requests will be denied.
Participants denied a refund after training has begun may, at the instructor’s discretion, be permitted to attend a future training session, as their tuition has already been paid toward the program. Alternative options may include the participant selling their spot to another interested party. This must be worked out with instructor oversight.
Intellectual Property & Proprietary Materials
All training materials, demonstrations, methods, recordings, documents, presentations, terminology, frameworks, and educational content associated with this course are proprietary intellectual property.
This material is taught under the authorization and licensing rights held by Tommy Giorlando in connection with the teachings and methodologies of Tom Silver. No participant is authorized to reproduce, distribute, teach, record for redistribution, publish, upload, sublicense, share, or commercially utilize any portion of the training materials without prior written permission.
Unauthorized sharing, copying, reproduction, distribution, or teaching of course content may result in removal from the training program, revocation of certification status, denial of future training access, and potential legal liability.
Certification Disclaimer
Completion of this program indicates successful participation in the training curriculum and does not constitute licensure to practice medicine, psychology, psychotherapy, counseling, or any other regulated healthcare profession unless independently licensed by the appropriate governing authority.
Participants are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all local, state, provincial, and federal laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and scope-of-practice limitations applicable in their jurisdiction.
Professional Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the duration of the training. Disruptive, abusive, unethical, unsafe, or intentionally harmful behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
Results Disclaimer
No guarantees are made regarding financial success, business growth, client outcomes, certification acceptance by third parties, or individual professional results resulting from participation in this training program.
Modification of Training
The instructor reserves the right to modify scheduling, presentation order, training format, materials, or delivery methods as reasonably necessary to improve the educational experience or address logistical needs.

Payments are submitted through the site using third-party payment links and are processed by Square or another disclosed payment processor. Like a Hypnotist, LLC does not store full payment-card numbers; payment information is handled by the applicable processor under its own terms and privacy practices.
